If you wish to return any item, we must be informed within 14 working days starting the day after delivery. It is important that you check the products for suitability within 14 working days as we cannot accept returns outside of this period.
Returns policy
Returns must be in a pristine, saleable condition, in full working order, complete with all parts and must be in, or accompanied by, their original packaging. Collection charges will apply for unwanted products when requested within 14 days of delivery for single order items such as kettles, hairdryers, accessories (sachet holders, hangers, bath/shower mats, and scales), and cleaning/maintenance products such as bins. 
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment i.e. Credit card or Internet bank transfer; less any delivery and/or collection charges.
Exchange policy
All of our electrical products have a 3 years replace or repair guarantee. If any of the electrical items are faulty due to manufacturing error and not due to fair wear and tear, we can arrange for an exchange of the item. The guarantee will automatically be considered VOID should the item been subjected to unauthorized alterations, abuse or damage by your failure to provide necessary care and reasonable maintenance.
Solutions will be offered by our sales representative first, if we are not able to fix the problem, a new item will be sent and collection of the faulty items will be arranged. 
Returns or exchange procedure

We will require you to provide us with a proof of purchase - either an invoice or sales acknowledgement (with order number) and full details as to why you wish to return or exchange the product. Sometimes images is requested to assist us better in the return or exchange process.
Once a return has been agreed, we will arrange for the goods to be returned to us. When returned items have been received back into our warehouse, we will thoroughly check the items then make arrangements for a refund. 
Once an exchange has been agreed, dependable on the availability of stock an agreement for goods to be delivered will be arranged. At the same time the faulty items will be arranged to be picked up when the delivery is made. We would suggest for customers to pack the goods in its original packaging to ensure smooth and safe transition of goods. 

Guarantee policy
1. A mains-operated electrical product carries a 3 year guarantee for electrical faults. Non-electrical products and mechanical faults on mains-operated electrical products carry a 1 year guarantee. A guarantee activates from the date that the original purchaser receives it

2.The product is not under guarantee after the stated periods

3. In order to make a claim, please keep the sales order number or purchase order number. It is advised to record these as they will act as both proof of purchase and a guarantee validation document.

4.Details of the fault in the form of images and videos are required where possible alongside a full explanation of when the issue happened, how it happened and what was done with the product immediately after. The rating label, found on the bottom of the product will also assist your claim. Where possible the faulty unit should be kept as we may request it back for investigation

5. A claim can be made if the product fails to operate to the specification due to a fault with manufacturing or material during the guaranteed claim period. We will use or discretion to determine whether to offer a repair or replacement of the product.

6. A Successful claim may be reliant on the outcome of the product investigation undertaken by Corby of Windsor on returned faulty products.

7. The product will not be covered by the guarantee if it has been misused, transformed, modified or altered in any way. The guarantee does not cover general deterioration due to excessive use 6. This product does not affect your statutory rights.
